METHODS OF INSTRUCTION
There are five steps in MOI for drills.
1) Introduction (tell the cadets what drills will be taught)
2) Formation of Squad (deploy squad in formation that enables them to learn the best)
3) Explanation (explain the drill and its importance)
4) Demonstration (complete, by number, complete)
5) Practice
