NPCC knowledge: Hurricane Lamp (edited 27/06/11)

INTRODUCTION

The hurricane lamp is one of the light sources used during campfire.

HOW IT WORKS

The wick will absorb the kerosene to light up the lamp. The wick aids in the lighting up of the lamp as kerosene itself cannot burn.
