o NPC youths are to be developed as Police Youth Ambassador (PYA) and as role models assisting in spreading crime prevention messages in the community,
o To identify and craft out projects for implementation in their community,
o Should be able to actively engage the community and develop practical strategies to resolve community crime and security issues and in the process raise their people within the community.
